    Abstract

    1- Total number of agricultural tractors reached 6,133,000 in 2023 compared to 5,133,000 in 2021 with increase of 0.1%. Of these 4,132,000 were rubber wheels representing 99.1% and 2,100 were chainsaws representing 0.9% according to the contact type.
    2- Total tractors horsepower reached 8,832,000 in 2023 compared to 7,834,000 in 2021 with decrease of 0.2%.

    Second: Irrigation Machines
    1 - Total number of fixed and mobile irrigation machines reached 1.03 million machines in 2023 compared to 1.02 million machines in 2021 with increase of 6.1%. Of these 8,260,000 were fixed irrigation machines representing 2.25% and 1,773,000 were mobile irrigation machines representing 8.74%.
    2 - Total power of irrigation machines reached 12.6 million horsepower in 2023, compared to 12.0 million horsepower in 2021 with increase of 0.5%.

    Third: Threshing Machines

    • Total number of threshing machines reached 73.9 thousand machines in 2023, compared to 74.3 thousand machines in 2021 with decrease of 0.6%. Private sector represents 96.5%, Public and Government sectors represent 3.5%.

    Fourth: Other Agricultural Machines and Equipment

    • Total number of other agricultural machines and equipment reached 311.8 thousand machines in 2023 compared to 314.8 thousand machines in 2021 with decrease of 0.9%.
