Description Road accidents and resulting loss of human resources and material resources,
estimated at millions of dollars a year, are among the most important phenomena
facing world countries at all levels, both developed and developing.
In recent years efforts have been made in Egypt to improve roads according to
international standards in order to reduce accidents and reduce number of deaths
and injuries.
