Abstract

Public utilities are considered a mirror of the various aspects of development in society, and in this context comes the Civil Defense Facility (Civil Protection), which is responsible for protecting lives, public and private property in the country from the dangers of fires and disasters, as well as providing relief and protection to sources of national wealth and the afflicted in all circumstances.
