Therefore, the state resorts to the assistance of some foreign experts in implementing development programs, especially programs that require advanced human capabilities.
    The Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics is interested in issuing the "Annual Bulletin for Foreign Employees in the Private and Investment Sectors in Egypt in 2010", which includes data on employees in the private and investment sectors in Egypt, distributed in terms of (groups of countries - nationality - contract type - governorates - main professions sections - categories of activity Economic).

    First: The Purpose of bulletin:
    To identify the characteristics and size of foreign employees in Private / Investment Sector in Egypt, to achieve some development programs especially those that needs to advanced technology foreign employees in Private / Investment Sector
    Second: The Comprehensiveness of the bulletin:
    The Annual bulletin includes the distribution of foreign employees in Private / Investment Sector in countries of foreign employees – Nationality – Main Professions divisions – type of contract – Entity that Issues work licenses in governorates – Economic activity categories

    4- Punished by prison with no less than a month, and not more than 6 months and with a fine not less than 100 L.E. and not exceed than 500 L.E. for those who break the previous provisions of articles or give incorrect data.
