    3- All should provide data that required by CAPMAS representatives with what represent the truth and in a specified timing and to allow CAPMAS deputy to review all the documents to verify these statements
    4- Punished by prison with no less than a month, and not more than 6 months and with a fine not less than 100 L.E. and not exceed than 500 L.E. for those who break the previous provisions of articles or give incorrect data

    All statistics released by CAPMAS has no terms of dealing other than which included by Law No. 35 or in the framework of Law No.35
