    1-Individual statements are secret and no individual or authority may be informed of them.
    2-No statistical statement may be used as a basis for a tax, and evidence shall not be taken for any judicial or legal action.
    3-All must provide the required data to CAPMAS representatives matching the truth and on the specified dates,
    allow CAPMAS representatives to see all the documents to verify the statement truth.
    4-Imprisonment not less than one month & not exceeding six months and a fine not less than
    L.E 100 and not exceeding L.E 500 shall be punished for any person who violates the provisions of the previous articles or makes incorrect statements.
