The rows in this matrix express \u201creceived\u201d while the columns express \u201cpaid\u201d, sum of columns must equal sum of rows. Thus, this matrix represents one of the analytical tools that depict economy mechanism through circular flows.This matrix is distinguished from national accounts and supply & use tables data in that it is not limited to income generation and use data, but also includes income distribution among the organizational sectors (financial - non-financial - government - families). Based on the available data and the purpose from matrix synthesis, its calculations can be detailed to address some of the economic problems by building economic models such as General Equilibrium Model (CGE).Social accounts matrix for the Egyptian economy 2010\/2011 was built in detail, as it was prepared and synthesised from 144 rows x 144 columns, It includes seven accounts: Productive activities, Goods and services products, Production factors and Organizational sectors except Government, Savings \/ Investment, Outside world account.","time_periods":[{"start":"2010-07-01","end":"2011-06-30","cycle":"Government\/Public and Public business sectors"},{"start":"2010-01-01","end":"2010-12-31","cycle":"Private sector"}],"coll_dates":[{"start":"2010-07-01","end":"2011-06-30","cycle":""}],"nation":[{"name":"A.R.E","abbreviation":"EGY"}],"geog_coverage":"Egypt","analysis_unit":"Macroeconomics variables","universe":"Macroeconomics","data_kind":"Aggregated data","notes":"Social Accounting Matrix For the Egyptian Economy"},"method":{"data_collection":{"data_collectors":[{"name":"CAPMAS","abbr":"CAPMAS","role":"","affiliation":"Ministry of Planning"}],"coll_mode":["Other"],"sources":[{"name":"","origin":"","characteristics":""}]}},"data_access":{"dataset_use":{"contact":[{"name":"CAPMAS","affiliation":"Ministry of Planning","email":"pres_capmas@capmas.gov.eg","uri":"www.capmas.gov.eg"}],"cit_req":"CAPMAS\u060cSocial Accounting Matrix For the Egyptian Economy 2010\/2011,A.R.E.","conditions":"All statistics issued by CAPMAS determine terms of dealing with them within the framework of Law No. 35 of 1960","disclaimer":"CAPMAS provides you with this matrix without any warranties and without any implied liability of the results or conclusions based on those results also CAPMAS doesnot bear responsibility for any activities carried out on those results or data."}}},"schematype":"survey"}
